Anyone here been on the Naselle or Elochoman in the past week or so for Silvers? How far up were ya? Do any good? River level?
I have been fishing the NF Toutle and Green (Cowlitz Co.) hard for past couple weeks but most of the fish are dark. I kept 4 hens yesterday that were in decent shape but I'm curious about N & E. I'm trapped at work anyway until Monday 10/16. Thanks,
x

Naselle is low and not happening. Saw many dark fish today. Walked downstream from bridge for about a mile and found nothing. Need some rain. Monday the river opens above the bridge, maybe something is happening up above.

Thanks Homeboy. I'll probably hit the NF Toutle/Green first Monday. If necessary I'll head west to check out Naselle and Elochoman for Tuesday but hopefully with 6 hens in the cooler already. That's one advantage of owning a 30 mpg car - cover lots of real estate.

Dark fish. Lots of 'em, just dark. All fair hooked, just dark. Looked at 5 rivers and only saw bright fish in NF Lewis and Cowlitz.
