A dude at work was up at the dam and he said it's still full. You guys that like to fight the crowds on that river might not get much time in this winter. any rain that comes down will not be able to be held back and will go right on down.

Wynochee--Doesn't look good for this weekend, now 7:10 am, friday, river had color yesterday, thursday.......rained during the night and web sites show it still on the rise.

Too bad they, Tacoma City Light, didn't start releasing water weeks ago when the river was super low......duh The release was something like 215 CFS, why not 350-400??? Would have gotten the level behind the dam down AND gotten the kings and silvers spread out on the river. Just don't figure!!!!!!

Drifter I do not think that they even figure out the amount of money the area go's without when they do this as most fishermen stay away and the amout of money gos with them. I stay in motels as well as eat down there when I do go. If they would all work togeather they could help each other in ways that would do nothing but help.

I agree, but I have my travel trailer at grandma's house in monte.I still spend on an average week end fishing the nooch or satsop $100.00 to $150.00 buck's between eating at the bee hive, getting a jug of whisky and buying bait and what ever else from monte square. With the nooch being controled by a dam, they can plan a little better so we all can benifit.I was headed there my self with three boat's and seven guy's,but oh well.Good luck, STRIKE ZONE

Sorry guys.......

Tacoma City Light.......just doesn't care!!!

Can't believe that WDF can't have some input but maybe they don't care either.

Feel sorry for the people from "out of town" and the "weekenders", might have had some fair fishing on the Wynchooee if it was planned right.....might have been a zoo but sure would have spread the fish out.

Retired life is such a *****.....Having to decide wheather to fish??? Then what river??? Not being a smart ass, just telling it like it is...maybe by early next week...!!!!!!!!!!!

Was there this afternoon still running high and not much visibility and alot of junk floating.. If they would slow the flow discharge from the Dam down then it might have a chance but i wouldnt bet on it..
