WDFW may have been forced to stop planting because of Covid rulings, but not because they don't need to get the fish out.


The excuse that not planting will "save money" is a great sound bite for the masses. More likely they don't want to create an incentive for more pressure to open fishing (or encourage scofflaws/poachers).
