murder 2 is intent to cause harm, that results in a murder, without premeditation (murder 1)...

its going to be tough to prove he intened harm, especially with the fentanyl and drugs in George's system... considering also they possibly could have been friends/associates as they worked together...

thats another thing i dont get, if a white tweaker that served time in prison for burglary gets out, relapses, and gets killed by a homeowner or police for doing the same thing, everyone is up in arms about it...

but when a black man, who served time in prison for holding a lady at gunpoint, robbery, gets out, relapses, and gets killed by the police, people want to burn the country to the ground...

it shows the liberal bias and stupidity in this country clearly...
