Todd must be the Oregon Ducks of the board, if you want to find out if he's the best, just ask him, tools all seem to be in place, good playbook, knows the darkside game, has obnoxious followers, to his credit he'll act like a contender even when he's not.... but the Championship still somehow eludes him.
