That is true, CM, and could potentially be of concern to him, especially the ones that lied about their contacts with the Russians when they were shopping Hillary Clinton dirt.

Trump is already an unnamed co-conspirator in the case...but the answer to "did you conspire with Donald Trump?" can't be waived off by 5th Amendment concerns, since none exist if you've been pardoned for the crime already.
