Merrick Garland, whose Supreme Court seat was stolen by Mitch McConnell, is the Attorney General as of this morning.

As a man of Jewish ancestry whose family fled fascism in Europe, I suspect he will take a much dimmer view of white supremacy, anti-semitism, and right wing domestic terrorism than did our last Attorney General, who thought he was a wannabee-mob boss's wannabee-consigliere instead of the nation's attorney.
