1. Eradicate the racists, that's a required first step

2. Look at the system of advantages that white people have, and overhaul them to make them fair to everyone

Problems? There are a lot of racists, and shockingly they don't want to be eradicated...and they have plenty of supporters, because people who are the beneficiaries of the systemic advantages of being white would rather do one of three things:

1. Pretend it's not true
2. Agree it's true, but throw their hands up and say there's nothing that can be done about it
3. Fight to keep it, because they enjoy having the advantages
