Last Saturday I got a salmon and even the Gold 300A free spooled on me. I had to bring that fish in by hand. That reel was only 3 months old. Before that I had the silver one and it did the same thing. The upgrade isn't a very good modified upgrade. Traded it and $5.00 for an Abu garcia 5600 C4 WE'll put that one to the test.
