It's not a Tule. It was not a Columbia River fish, it was caught in Puget Sound and the meat was almost as red as a sockeye. It's noticeably redder than any of the other fillets in my freezer and they were all chromers. I leave the Tules for the man himself, Tule King Paker, to catch.
