Riverman, that boat should track just fine. Now all you have to do is train your rowers. As previously stated by earlier posts, it's easier said than done.

I'd also like to note that it is important to balance the weight of the rower, passengers, and gear to make it easier on the rower. Move the passenger seat back/forward to compensate for heavier/lighter guys and make sure that the passenger(s) in the front seat are not weighted down to one side or the other as the newbie may not realize that one oar is dipping more or less than the other. Coach your guys in the front by telling them not to be looking over the side and moving around or standing up while pluggin'. They will understand what you mean about keeping still when it's their turn on the oars.
