Jigs are a great technique for both summer and winter fish and work especially well in the low clear water conditions we are having this year. 1/8th or 1/4 oz jigs in pink/white are a good start fished beneath a float and tipped with a small piece of prawn.....it's been a good combo this winter. I run 10 lbs line on a fairly long spinning rod. Good Fishing!!
