One of these days I need to get out on the water again,, thinking of doing some Steelhead this winter,, might try the Lyre or Goodman Creek for natives Jan/Feb... Wonder if the wild fish numbers have increased since they ended the very successful hatchery plant programs on those streams.. I have caught wild fish in both places,,, fished Goodman Creek pretty hard in Jan/Feb in the second half of the 90's early 00's,, probably my favorite place to fish Steelhead...

Caught tons of hatchery fish on both the lyre and Goodman from Nov 1 through December from the time I was a kid,,, yousto catch a good number of summer runs on the lyre,, loved fishing that small water,, spotting the fish and then going after them...
