I'm Still RichG Fallen Off The Deep End Registered: 08/16/21 Posts: 612	Washington State has more or less been defunded due to loss of federal funds and collapse of tax revenue... Massive lay offs and collapse of entire state and local departments coming around the start of October... Massive shock waves regarding funding shortfalls hitting state and local governments Oct 1...
