When I fished there this summer, I met the guy that lives right there (he's has the camper parked by the river) and he said he has no problem if people go there to fish as long as they don't leave a mess. He even gave my buddy a ride back to the gate once. I understand there's a gate, I was going to ride my bike back there. If anyone know's more about the private property thing I'd sure like to know.
