Yep, a pretty poor year - it's had some highlights, but lots of mediocre and slow days compared to the previous years.

Interesting indeed they still allow a C&K fishery and then end up shutting it down early lots of years. Doesn't make a lot of sense!

Now I got some rumor through email that the Indians are asking to net the Upper River as well!
