Sounds like the usual Governmental bureaucrat BS! 2 weeks ago my wife and I went to Bob's Sporting goods in Longview to buy our new fishing licenses. There were 2 lines with over 10 persons in each line. After we purchased our licenses and we were sitting in our car in the lot I realized that the clerk, who was supposed to be trained at running the new computers and policies, (that we are now being charged for) never even asked one single person for their old salmon or steelhead cards. This place sells thousands of fishing licenses every year. So how now many punch cards and their data was thrown away?

More money to the barraters and less money to our fisheries sounds like the way it will be until WE make the change. Don't sit there and let it go by! Get your money back and make an issue of it. That is the only way the bureaucrats will ever learn to think!
