It's amazing to walk into the place and see all the walls and shelves covered in every conceivable blade you could imagine. Another thing you can try for a subdued colored blade for gin clear water is to use a pliers to hold copper or brass blades in a cigarette lighter flame and heat it until it turns a darker bronze. Then cool it and wipe off any loose carbon.
