I've seen guys coon steelies on just a few coho eggs in a sack. This was on a small river that was running low and clear. I've only used them a couple times but had the same luck. If I had the time to wrap up a buch of sacks every time I fished I'd do it. But I don't. So I don't.

It seems like you can get more drifts out of a sack and yes Hawk, I've seen them be deadly for running through froggy water. I guess you'd also get more out of your eggs because you're only using a few with each sack.
