Does the Fishing License computer system refuse a license to deadbeat dads, or is it a just means of locating them? If it just locates them, then can he just use his drivers license address (which has probably been ineffective in enforcing child support payment) anyway? Assuming the guy is refused a license, can he just go to another shop, use another SSN or buy an out of state license? Is BIG BROTHER really watching that closely?
What about dead beat moms . . .??
