Right Click on the naked cowgirl and view her properties, so you can get the entire name of the file.

Right Click on your start menu, and select "Explore".

After your file explorer is open, Right Click on your start menu again and select "Find".

Enter in the name of your naked cowgirl and this will do a search of your computer for her. When you find her, Delete her. rolleyes
