When coho get in a estuary mode, I would first try trolling a wiggle wart through them and if that didn't get any bites, scale down to a real small spoon or spinner. Size #2 blue fox (chartreuse), teeny tiny brass & chrome Dick Nites, and oh yes! don't forget a small bolo spinner.

There are some years though where nothing seems to work when the ho's are stacked up porpoising around the upper Snohomish. Through everything at them mentioned on the this thread so far...Nada! rolleyes
