i think under certain coditions snagging should be legal ! no commercial fishery on the columbia. the wfg has there weir in to get there qouta .the public should be allowed to harvest the surplus. i,m sure there are many familys on mineum wage that would love to have a a few chinook in the freezer . especisaly in a year like this . bronc
