I've been doing well with small Dick Nites and wiggle warts, albeit trolled from a boat. The recent high water seems to have moved the fish upriver from the Everett area, where I had been fishing - time to go look for them again.

I'm also a fly fisherman, but we couldn't get them to chase flies, I don't know why. They seem to be moving differently than when I have taken them well on flies. I think the water may have been too warm, compared to placed in Alaska where I have done well. They just are not as aggressive to lures as I would hope. We haven't even been able to get them to hit a cleo, which is a go-to silver spoon for me.

Use small, deep, and slow presentations. There are fish near the surface as well, but my theory is that they're not biters.
