A. -Luhr Jensen discontinued the Okie Drifter from our product line several years ago and has since sold off all inventory. Although we had problems sourcing the parts, the biggest reason we discontinued the product was because of a lack of sales volumne. Sales had dwindled until they just wouldn't support the continued investment in this product. We, and especially me, loved the Okie Drifter and its long reputation as a steelhead and salmon lure. As you may know the market for this, and other like items, has increased in recent years. However, as yet Luhr Jensen has made no decission to re-invest in its production and marketing.
