What the indians are doing is outright poaching. The state may not see it as that right now but some day hopefully it will. this is no different than the guys killing the elephants for tusks or killing tigers for skins or the guys killing the bears for gall bladders. Killing fish for eggs is no different. What a waste. You're ancestors would be absolutly disgusted.
