If you're driving down the freeway real early and your buddy is sleeping in the passenger seat, look for one of those giant tow trucks towing a semi tractor backwards. Pull up real close behind and SCREAM. When your buddy's eyes pop open he will only see the grill and headlights of a semi truck head-on. (Not recommended for people with heart condition)
