I love rowing the lower Wilson River near Tillamook in mid-Nov., when both mint bright big 'nooks are still coming in and early steelhead are arriving. These pics are at the Sollie bridge ramp. The angle of light has much to do with how bright fish look in pics. The upper one is sunlight and the lower one with camera flash.

After backrowing that river section I had to uumph to hold those 2 big nooks up.
