Check out Bob's description of it under "Float fishing for salmon and steelhead". I have used it at times drifting and under float and I have had good success under higher, lower visibility water for winter native/wild? steelhead. I have caught salmon with it as well. I don't have an extensive experience with it. Too many lures too few fishing hours!
