If it is a 'fake' letter, I still think it very closely reflects what some of the special troups are doing to help flush out Osama and his buddies from their hiding caves. ... Maybe it's something being purposely spread all over the internet so as to be picked up by the Al Quaida; so that it might scare them to move from their caves? Just a stretch of a thought. Interesting none-the-less.
