You just can't please some folks! The nerve of that guy! I would have fallen over if my wife got me gift like that WITHOUT prompting from me.

I usually place the Cabelas, Bass Pro Shop, other catalog or magazine strategically, so that my wife knows what I would REALLY LIKE. Of course, since this is a family oriented website, I can't mention the names of the magazines.

I usually get something from the catalogs, though. (and if I've been a really good boy, something from the magazine!)

The only other solution that I can think of is to assume an alter ego and post up sayiong you are looking for a gift for your "best fishing buddy".
