The thought has occured to me that these sheep jokes have been prevalent for as long as I can remember. Of course I'm from Montana (moved to the NW when I was only 6 - but it's my home away from home for lots of visits). I can tell you that I have driven by many many sheep farms and I've never seen a single guy mounting a sheep. No. They were always deprived married guys. At least that's what my Dad told us kids. Ya, right; ha ha ha. The sickos.

As for any sheep fields in the NW, has anyone seen any women roaming around in them? I have a suspicion that a tall redheaded fisherwoman and a flipant woman "guide" may have been sneaking around there to shear off a bunch of wool to pull over a lot of people's eyes! Just a strong hunch though.
