Seems to me historically most of the really big steelhead return in feb/march. As we move into april, even thou fresh native fish are moving into our river systems the average size seems to drop. My own experiences, and looking at bob's daily photos confirm this in my mind at least. All the recent fish look to have come from the same cookie cutter, Anyone else notice this phenomenon......c/22
