bob, I was refering to the rule change that came out feb 20 2002 under the effective closure dates it said the snohomish was closed downstream of us 2 4/1 2002 through 5/31 2002. I was gonna fish back in april and called the fish and game before I went and they said it was closed april 1 through may 31. I'm just telling you what they told me.
