My wife worked at a hospital nursery for awhile and due to the combined constant handwashing and the gloves her hands were a cracked and bleeding mess. She started using a product in a short round jar called Working Hands Cream and she said that by far it was the best product that she has EVER used. She's been buying it from Rite-Aid but I did notice it at the front checkouts at Fisherman's Marine Supply, believe it or not.

It's a great product, and it's made by someone in Joseph, Oregon if my memory serves me correctly.
