The Wynoochee River isn't open for salmon until the fall. You can find summers if you look hard enough. Depends on if you plan on banking or boating the river. During summerflows can be very shallow. Most DB's are pretty much useless during the summer. But if you're blessed with a cat like some of us you can navigate the river even on very low flows.

Haven't had a chance to fish it since it reopened, but have heard a few being caught in lower river.
