This has got to help. However, it's a shame IMHO
that they wake up only after there is big trouble.
The idea " if it ain't broke don't fix it" is a hell of a way to run a fishery. Seems to me that
managing for "non-closure" would be much more logical. I have no idea what the closure has done to detour people who might come for a first run fish next year, but I have to believe it hasn't helped. Anyway its good news.....better late then never!
