The state law I beleive states that the high water mark rule is for navigitable waters now we have to determine what constitutes a navigitable river? I know you could drift it and many do in a inner tube what about a rubber raft?. The law is what should be posted. Many fishermen, including myself, thought all waters rivers and stream the high watermark applied which is not the case. To call these people leaving their s____ on the ground sportsmen is an insult, these scum bags don't get i9t and probably never will. Does anybody have the definition per state requirments?
