Hi kennyray. The bubble is a small area along Mission beach and Tulalip bay just north of Everett. The fishery is for mature kings returning to the tulalip hatchery. These kings hang around and move in and out of the bay with the tide. You cant miss the area as there will be lots of boats during the weekend. You will find them suspended just off the underwater bars at low tide. the key here is to move around until you find them.(you've got to put your time in if you want to put fish in the boat) So far this year the hot lure for me has been the green herring grandslam behind a green hotspot but I've seen fish taken on silverhorde plugs and glow in the dark white hoochies fished down 75 - 100 feet deep. If you can experiment, do, until you find what they want on that particular day. Good luck!
