I would say Reiter. You already fish this river so you know how it is. It can get crowded but the chance of a hook up are pretty good with float and jigs.

If he prefers a river with a less of a crowd then your better off fishing up river or some where else. I know a lot of people who have never caught a Steeli till they went up to Reiter.

Theres the Snoqualimi and Tokul Creek.
Chance of a hook up are better for some one new but the crowd issue....

Far as zips go, they are not that private but it's quieter then the terminal areas.
