I also had never heard the term "flossing", but I haven't been on this board in some time. Here is my guess--------the fish runs into your leader with his mouth, and it pulls the hook into the fish. So, the hook is on the outside of the fish's mouth, and the fish never actually bit your presentation. I hear this is how 90% of the "it's in the mouth" fish are caught in the battle zone of Hoodsport. Am I correct??
