Here's a program that will do just about anything you need to do to any picture except heavy modifications, like special effects. Great for making albums or just organizing pictures. You can change any pic from/to any format. Resize/crop/tag/warp/brighten/darken/contrast/colors/depth/resolution/dpi/invert/flip/frame/twist/angle/zoom/scan/preview/slideshow. It's fully functional and very easy to use. Shows all your pictures as thumbs without even loading them. Great program for just about anyone.
