You know, you can do most of that with microsoft paint (since I'm sure most of us out here have windows). You can open your jpeg on paint, and do almost everything said above. Just a tip in case you are running a computer that can't handle another download, even if it's free. It's how I downsized my pics for avatars and inverted pictures I took sideways.
