It has the same type of twist on and off light switch that the old "mag" lights has so you never need to worry about getting water into it or getting the switch wet. I liked my Attitude so much that I ordered 2 more (one for me and one for my fishing buddy). These lights are small, bright, waterproof and unbelievably reliable. The light has a oval shaped to it (1/2 thick by 1 inch wide X 41/2 long) and is made of some type of tuff plastic (much easier on your teeth then those old round type metal lights) that makes it supper easy (1/2 x 1 inch) to put it into your mouth if you need to use both hands. The flat oval shape also prevents the light from rolling around if you need to lay it down flat! Some guys, like me, just can't stand to wear a head light. If you are one of those guys, then the Attitude is the right light for you! There may cheaper deals on them out there, but I am not aware of them if they exist.

One more thing, this light is so bright that it can be used on your corkies! It make your corkies glow almost as good as the flashers do!!
