Here's one more thing for you guys (and girls) to think about on the Cowlitz. Today, Tacoma Power was in their final "day in court" concerning their flood claims cases on the Cowlitz River during the 1995-96 floods. It's now up to the "jury" to see if Tacoma Power operated their project "negligently" at that time period.

Tacoma would never do anything, regardless of the current short falls of water conditions to "jeopardize" this case because it may (no, will) set new operating standards for their new relicensing.

I do not believe that Salmo G even knew that Tacoma was currently on trial today! It will be more then interesting to see what the jury's findings will be!
