I think the chrome side on the coyote's attract as much or more than the colored side. I've been using the copcar myself with some success for both blackmouth and chinook. As far as the glo-type spoons, haven't done as well. Tried a sonic edge glo next to the coyote and the coyote outfished it. I also don't like how the glow spoons tend to get mold growth, unless they're thoroughly cleaned and kept dry. The smooth coyote's just wipe off. I did put the coyote on the bottom and the sonic edge suspended a bit more.

I've been using one glow hotspot and one metal glow spatter-back flasher. I usually use the metal flasher with a green glow hootchie with a twinkle skirt and a hotspot with a coyote. My theory is that the coho and chinook love the baited hootchies, but blackmouth prefer the spoons. All my leaders are 40-50 lbs, 42" for spoons and 27-36" for hootchies.
