Ok here goes, a few days ago my wife's mother fell in her home + was taken to the E.R. by ambulance to get checked out. (she was OK) My wife asked me to drive her to help her bring mom home, of couse I said yes. When we went to get in the car she put her mom's glasses on the back seat, and then started to put her walker in ontop of the glasses. I told her not to, so she put the glasses on the car's roof and asked me to grab them when I got in the car. Well, I forgot them, and they fell off + broke on the way. My wife thinks it's all my fault 100% + wants me to pay for a new pair-$163.00. I didn't tell her to put them on the roof, that's just stupid. I did forget to grab them. Maybe it's the principle of the thing, or?? Lets hear it out there, what the heck should I do ?
