Yeah, I used a separator. Would have been hard to sell cream otherwise. My stepdad rigged an electric motor to it, so I didn't have to hand turn it. Mighty thoughtful and atypical of him to make my life any easier.

I grew up thinking milk normally had lumps of cream in it. The homoginized stuff was weird until I got used to it. That whole milk was probably a great artery clogger, but I suppose we worked it off, so no problems. Probably be death for a desk jockey like I am now.
