I dont know why im replying to this..... Im dumb when it comes to this stuff. But can anyone tell me what the state is doing with the millions of dollars its making from the lottery? And also... what about the casino's?? Im no rocket scientist mind you, but I do have a strange feeling that our tax money gets spent frivolously.
