Send it to pure fishing . They should get it turned around in a week or less if the local places quote you a longer time period.

I have sent all my reels to them for repair, great service on warranty items (never a complaint) and when the items were no repairable, I got new ones.

This is the official website for Abu, Fenwick, Berkley, etc. Costs about $5.50 to send a reel there by priority mail.
